Job description

My client is searching for a Senior Change Manager to support various tactical and transformational activities focused on uplifting compliance capabilities.

This is a long-standing program that is well established and will see you support two streams of work. You will be responsible for developing and executing change strategies & plans that maximise adoption and usage and minimise resistance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies to reduce change resistance among impacted groups and be responsible for delivering them.
  • Develop, deploy, monitor, and adjust change management strategies to facilitate and optimise the outcomes of the project
  • Partner with key stakeholders to understand the change needs and recommend change strategies & activities that will reinforce the adoption and acceptance of the changes.
  • Complete change artefacts and documentation to the required standards

Requirements:

  • Prior experience working across a portfolio of change management projects
  • Experience with stakeholder engagement and consultation, including senior stakeholder engagement and coaching skills
  • Prior experience within the financial services / banking sector is beneficial
  • Financial crime experience is also advantageous but not required.
