Roles & Responsibilities
1. Campaign Implementation
- Execute media plans by placing ads across selected channels. Ensure that all ads are launched on schedule and run as planned.
- Identify the best mix of media channels (TV, OOH, Radio, Print) to achieve campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand campaign objectives and target audiences.
2. Campaign Optimization & Monitoring
- Continuously monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and data from media partners.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, impressions, engagement, and conversions.
- Analyze campaign data to identify underperforming areas and opportunities for improvement.
- Adjust media placements, creative elements, and budgets to enhance campaign effectiveness.
3. Campaign Reporting
- Gather data from various sources, including media partners, internal tracking systems, and third-party analytics tools.
- Analyze campaign performance data to derive insights and evaluate success against objectives.
- Compile comprehensive reports that include campaign metrics, insights, and recommendations.
4. Client Communication
- Provide clients with regular updates on campaign progress and performance. Communicate any changes, optimizations, or issues promptly.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, highlighting campaign results and insights.
- Collaborate with clients to adjust strategies and plans based on feedback and evolving objectives.
- Maintain strong, positive relationships with clients through effective communication and service.
What we are looking for
- 1-3+ years experience in media planning and trading in an agency.
- Implementing the buying and delivery of TV, outdoor, radio, and direct digital partnership campaigns.
- Experience in monitoring campaign performance across all media through systems such as IE Pegasus, eTAM, ERAM, Nielsen Adviews, Spectra, TV Map
- Ability to track and report on annual deals, and manage overall budgets and commitments.
- Strong relationships with media partners, clients, and internal stakeholders, as well as the ability to work closely with Managers & Directors.
