Senior Vlocity Business Analyst

We're looking for an experienced, energetic, and thoughtful Senior Vlocity Business Analyst to join the client on this journey. In this role, you'll collaborate with passionate teams to shape and deliver Salesforce solutions that make it easier for people to access the support they need and help streamline how those services are delivered behind the scenes.

What You'll Be Doing in the role:

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their goals and challenges, shaping solution options that make a real difference.
• Use your strong grasp of Salesforce to quickly align digital business needs with what the platform can deliver keeping things both practical and impactful.
• Play an active role in Agile delivery teams, turning real-world requirements into Epics and User Stories that drive meaningful outcomes.
• Take the lead or be a key contributor in designing smart, user-focused solutions that improve how services are delivered through digital channels.
• Collaborate with a wide mix of business and technical teams to ensure every solution is fit-for-purpose, scalable, and easy to use.
• Where needed, work with external government partners to ensure solutions support broader collaboration and consistency.
• Grow into broader responsibilities, taking full functional ownership of the digital solutions you help deliver.
• Help guide Agile ways of working by facilitating sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives when required.

What We're Looking For:

• 2-3 years' experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant or Senior Business Analyst, with hands-on experience in digital portals or app channels.
• Solid background in business process mapping for B2C and B2B service processes, ideally within the healthcare or disability sectors.
• Proven experience in facilitating workshops and engaging senior stakeholders across multiple disciplines.
• Experience in systems delivery within Agile or similar methodologies, working within multi-disciplinary teams to achieve delivery outcomes.
• Strong experience working with external parties on complex integrations to ensure smooth and effective delivery.
• Exceptional facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for a diverse audience.
• Experience working with Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Communities, particularly in the healthcare or disability service domains.
• Demonstrated ability to configure Salesforce Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and Insurance (Vlocity) products, including creating proof of concepts and prototypes.
• A track record of delivering complex solutions and prior experience with government or government-based insurance schemes.
