- Develop a comprehensive technical architecture and implementation strategy across the enterprise to establish a strong foundation for long-term success.
- Oversee the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations, ensuring they align with client requirements and industry best practices.
- Possess extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow automation and integrations.
- Work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements, translating them into technical designs.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring the successful execution of ServiceNow projects.
- Keep up-to-date with advancements and emerging trends in the ServiceNow platform to foster innovation.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations of existing ServiceNow implementations, providing recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions.
