About the Role:

In the role of ServiceNow Consultant, you'll play a crucial part in supporting and enhancing our client's IT Service Management platform. Your responsibilities include ensuring operational excellence, maintaining the existing environment, and driving the adoption of new features and functionality across the business. As there's no predetermined budget, we value your ability to provide informed recommendations based on your interactions. Join us in shaping and optimising our client's IT infrastructure for success.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years experience working within the same or similar roles such as development involving ServiceNow projects.
  • A deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including its modules, functionality, and best practices is crucial for effectively implementing and optimising solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills are vital for effectively gathering requirements, communicating with stakeholders, and translating business needs into actionable ServiceNow solutions.
