Role Overview
As the Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing and delivering critical systems, ensuring seamless integration across finance, operations, and IT. Your expertise will bridge the gap between finance operations, software development, and vendor management, playing a key role in optimising invoicing, reporting, and data processes within the company. This is a high-impact position where you will collaborate with finance teams, development teams, and external vendors to drive strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Finance Systems: Manage Business Central for invoicing, ensuring smooth processes with finance teams.
- API Integrations: Lead the integration of systems and manage API connections to streamline work flows.
- Data & Reporting: Utilise Grasp and Power BI to analyse data and deliver business insights.
- Big Data Systems: Manage Databricks, Data Lakes, and oversee data transformation and reporting processes.
- Ticketing: Oversee both auto and manual ticketing processes.
- Vendor Management: Work with external vendors on change requests, work orders, and technical delivery.
- Collaboration: Partner with finance, development teams, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
About You:
- Strong knowledge of finance processes, invoicing, and reconciliation, with experience working closely with finance teams.
- Proven experience with API integrations and managing software development projects.
- Familiarity with big data systems (Databricks, Data Lakes) and business intelligence tools like Power BI.
- Experience collaborating with external vendors and managing change requests and work orders.
- Ability to bridge the gap between finance and development teams.
