About the Organisation:
You will be joining a team within a rapidly expanding organisation that prides itself on inclusivity, comradeship and has a strong pipeline of project work already planned well into 2022 that will provide the basis for a secure contract position well beyond the initial 6 month period.

About the role:
As a Business Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to assist with the analysis of existing processes in order to prepare documentation to identify gaps in existing processes as well as mapping out what new and improved process maps would need to look like after liaising with relevant stakeholders and SME's within the organisation.
This role will see you working closely with the Cyber Security team, but cyber security experience is not mandatory to be successful in the role.
What the role requires:
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Business Analyst within fast paced environments
- Demonstrated experience related to process mapping
- Strong stakeholder management skills ranging from C level down to technical experts
- Excellent Business Analysis skills with an emphasis on requirements gathering, impact analysis and workshop facilitation
Nice to have:
- Previous experience within the Oil & Gas or Mining industry would be great to have
- previous exposure to Cyber Security related projects would be highly regarded
