Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst / Test Analyst to join our agile team. This is a dual-role opportunity where you'll play a critical part in both shaping and validating digital solutions that directly impact our users.

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to gather business requirements, write clear and testable user stories, and ensure the functionality and quality of digital products through hands-on testing practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and analysis.
  • Translate business needs into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Act as a bridge between business and development teams to ensure shared understanding of requirements.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and cases across various testing types (functional, regression, integration, usability).
  • Identify, log, and manage defects using tools like Jira, work with developers to resolve issues.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure final deliverables meet business expectations.
  • Continuously contribute to improving agile and testing processes.

About You:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and Test Analyst in agile environments.
  • Strong knowledge of agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Proven ability to write clear, testable user stories with solid acceptance criteria.
  • Hands-on experience with software testing methodologies and tools.
  • Proficiency in defect tracking and management systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and within a cross-functional team.
  • Experience with digital platforms or Adobe Experience / Adobe product suite is nice to have.
  • Confidence in writing unit and functional test cases.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and other agile collaboration tools.
  • Exposure to or understanding of test automation frameworks and tools.
