Role Outline

Looking to change the world but thinking you need to change something a little smaller first? We are working with an Aussie media organisation in need of a Change Analyst.

In this role you will be joining a Change Management team working on the delivery of a HR system implementation. You will spend your days working closely with the Change Managers on the scoping, planning and implementation of the change management activities.

Aside from the above you will also be heavily involved in communication of change management activities and stakeholder management.

Skills and experience

  • Experienced Change Analyst with HR Systems
  • Ideally Kronos experience (similar HR systems considered)
  • Change Analyst experience with HR depts / projects
  • Excellent communication skills - (from "C" level down)
  • Senior level down stakeholder management and engagement

In short, you are a skilled Change Analyst that is able to work with business leaders and experienced in Human Resources based projects.

On offer to the successful candidates is an initial contract of 6 months in an Australian media icon. You will work from their Sydney CBD office (once lockdown is FINALLY OVER). Rates on offer based on your skills and experience up to $800 per day.
