Job description

Over the next 12 months, you will be expected to fulfil the following duties:

  • Develop and manage the detailed change plan
  • Identify the change resourcing required to support the change plan
  • Effectively work with other teams within the portfolio
  • Deliver all elements of the stakeholder analysis, change analysis and planning, communications for the assigned workgroup.
  • Develop a business readiness action plan that addresses the identified impacts and delivers outcomes for the initiative.
  • Assess and determine business and implementation readiness at various stages of the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with GM Sponsors and other business stakeholders to effectively identify, prioritise and manage change impacts and to ensure the right engagement is occurring to support readiness objectives.
  • Collaborate with and coach relevant business representatives, change analysts and stakeholders to successfully implement change strategies.
  • Work with Program and Project Managers to proactively identify and own change related risks / issues and prepare mitigation plans for them.
  • Prepare the reporting of the change management activities summary for the Work Group Executive Steering committee and other audiences.

To be successfull for the role, you must be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Minimum of 7 + years experience as a Change Manager
  • Proven experience in building relationships, influencing, coaching and facilitating conversations
  • Ability to effectively develop and implement change plans to holistically manage the impacts from change initiatives to deliver enhanced business outcomes on time and to set quality standards.
  • Collaborate across a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
  • High level presentation and communication skills, including written and verbal, to a wide and diverse target audience.
  • Proven ability to work and actively manage change outcomes under different project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall and Activate)
