Job description

The Customer Services Strategy Team require services of a Customer Team Outcome Lead (CTOL). This role will be used to define and embed new ways of working and support delivery of legacy system modernisation via domain centric delivery. This is a significant change from current delivery patterns where change is driven by technology and largely waterfall and not by customer outcomes. The CTOL will be responsible for resource and sprint cycle management (SCRUM Master) as well as setting and ensuring new ways of working are embedded across multiple development teams. The CTOL will also provide input into the performance management framework as well as providing feedback on a new governance model which is yet to be established. The CTOL will focus upon concerns that cut across multiple workstreams, and in that broader context will communicate with stakeholders and will escalate impediments that help to manage risk, and to drive relentless improvement.

The CTOL will be responsible for:
* Establishing and facilitating a SCRUM process with senior leaders including supporting decision making and prioritisation
* Supporting and coaching multiple cross functional and multi-discipline development teams to implement new ways of working including SCRUM as well as more traditional/ classic approaches, ensuring efficiency
* Coordinating cross team prioritisation ensuring accountabilities are clear and
* Contributing to the development and implementation of a consistent performance management framework across multiple teams both within and external to the program
* Supporting teams to agree and focus on clear outcome based deliverables
* Assist Business Owners with decision-making, feature definition and prioritisation
* Working across teams to ensure collaboration and dependencies are leveraged where appropriate and resourcing is allocated where required
* Establishing, promoting and embedding feedback loops to ensure a culture of continuous improvement
* Other activities as directed by the business Executive/s.

Highly desirable attributes:
* Extensive experience with managing Program delivery
* Experience working within agile delivery teams.
* Experience effecting collaboration between agile and non-agile teams.
