Role Outline

A prestigious state government department is looking for a Cybersecurity Practitioner to join their team to implement new procedures in line with ISO27001.

You will be taking on a role that will see you working with various branches of the organisation and ushering in their new cybersecurity polices and procedures. It is expected that you will take a consultative approach to partner with the organisation to ensure compliance with ISO27001.

Skills and experience required:

  • Experience in implementing Cybersecurity policy or procedures
  • Consultative approach or background
  • ISO27001 expertise
  • Implementation of risk and asset registers
  • Government experience would be beneficial but not required

On offer to the successful applicant is a contract role of 6 months (initially) based in Sydney. Rates on offer are based on your skills and experience up to $1100 per day.
