Data Engineer - Strategic Data Solutions
As a Data Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and implementation of complex data engineering solutions to support strategic objectives.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines, analytical environments, and data stores to enable efficient data usage and analysis. Additionally, you will provide strategic analysis and advice to senior management, influence decision-making processes, and manage risks associated with data usage and security.
Kyy Responsibilities:
- Define, structure, and solve complex data engineering challenges to achieve business outcomes.
- Develop and test data engineering solutions using cutting-edge tools and techniques.
- Build, maintain, and deploy data pipelines, analytical environments, and models to facilitate data analysis.
- Provide strategic advice and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Manage risks associated with data storage, transmission, and security.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience as a Data Engineer in large and complex enterprise environments.
- Proven expertise in developing and implementing data engineering solutions.
- Proficiency in Object-Oriented Languages such as Java, Python, Go, JavaScript, SQL, Cypher.
- Experience with processing and analytics services such as Spark, Java MapReduce, Knative, Ray, NIFI.
- Familiarity with technologies including OpenSearch, Neo4j, Redis, Oracle, Kafka, Kubernetes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
