Job description

Key Responsibilities



1. Data Migration

  • Analyse and interpret data structures from legacy HCM and payroll systems.

  • Execute data extraction, transformation, validation, and loading (ETL) processes.

  • Identify and resolve data quality issues and discrepancies with cross-functional teams.



2. System Integration

  • Support the development and implementation of integrations between Dayforce and other systems.

  • Work with developers to ensure seamless data flow and consistency across systems.

  • Assist in testing and troubleshooting integration issues, including data mapping and transformation.



3. Reporting & Analytics

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting and dashboard requirements.

  • Design and maintain reports using Power BI and Dayforce reporting tools.

  • Deliver ad-hoc reports and perform data analysis to aid decision-making.



4. General Responsibilities

  • Support process improvement and service delivery initiatives.

  • Adhere to internal policies, procedures, and workplace safety standards.

  • Participate in continuous improvement and professional development.

  • Comply with industry-specific standards and regulations as required.


Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in SQL and Python.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks independently.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Power BI or other data visualisation tools.

  • Familiarity with HCM and payroll systems, particularly Dayforce.

  • Understanding of system integration tools and practices.
