Join a leading Qld based organisation, and play a key role in the supporting the release and deployment of various critical systems.

The Deployment Support Analyst is instrumental in supporting the Deployment Team by facilitating the preparation and coordination of deployment activities across a sophisticated range of core business applications and infrastructure. If you have a keen interest in in Release and Deployment management, this is an exciting opportunity to enhance your skills and capability in this area.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to various teams with regards to the deployment management requirements
  • Supporting the Deployment Team in pre-production and production cutover deployment activities for a cohesive suite of solutions, ensuring a seamless transition with minimal customer impact.
  • In collaboration with the deployment teams, develop critical governance documents, including a detailed deployment plan, release rollback plan, and a concise deployment plan for the Release Governance forum.
  • Conducting assurance reviews, when necessary, to verify compliance with Design, Development, Testing, Business Readiness, Resourcing, and Communication requirements during deployment.
  • Coordinating pre-Release Governance Council (RGC) requirements, facilitating support, and providing assurance to the Release Governance Council (RGC) in conjunction with Platform, Project, Program, or designated resources to meet necessary assurance deliverables.
  • Act as the conduit between the project/ technical teams regarding all aspects of the deployments

Skills for success:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of and experience in coordinating change, environment management and release cutover activities across complex ICT projects and programs
  • High level experience with various deployment tools and with MS Project
  • The ability to product deployment plans and schedules, as well as provide up to date reports
  • Well developed communication skills and the ability to develop strong relationships with key business areas.
