Our client, a Global Consulting Company that has been awarded Global Top Employer for the sixth consecutive year, is seeking a Director Business Analytics to consult and mentor large transformation Programs like marketing, risk, operations of customer analytics.
Essential skills include:
- End to end Analytics Consulting & Mentoring key transformation projects
- Generating leads through connects with the CXOs of Banks
- Advising BFS clients on strategy, implementation and create strong mind share
- 15% of new business development and engaging with clients to grow existing business streams in Data and Analytics space
- Leading and driving consulting engagements with a detail understanding of Predictive, Prescriptive and Insightful Analytics that in turn lead to downstream opportunities
- Demonstrating thought leadership and trusted partnership in the analytics/data science/AI domain and keep up to date on the development in Analytics field
- Engaging with CXO's beyond CIO i.e., C-suite engagement to define an enterprise-wide analytics strategy and implementation plan
- Driving consulting workshops by working closely with client business and internal teams
- Strong capability of carving analytics solutions and consulting
- Must have in depth knowledge of BFSI domain
Desirable Skills:
- Background of Data, perhaps experience of Big Data
- Experience presenting and managing a pitch to C-Suite
- Should have experience at analytics transformation projects
