Responsibilities:

  1. Performance Marketing Management:

    • Oversee and optimize paid marketing channels, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Crieto, and TikTok.
    • Manage a marketing budget exceeding $1 million, ensuring efficient allocation for maximum ROI.
    • Launch innovative campaigns for new products, promotions, and sales events.
  2. Organic Marketing and SEO:

    • Enhance Organic Google Search performance and optimize visibility.
    • Provide strategic direction for SEO content creation and technical SEO improvements.
    • Increase website authority and optimize SEO, leveraging contract resources.
  3. Social Media Management:

    • Lead organic content creation on platforms like Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram.
    • Monitor and optimize social media performance, utilizing data for strategy adjustments.
    • Coordinate and plan organic promotional activities.
  4. Video Marketing:

    • Manage and optimize video channels, with a focus on YouTube.
    • Plan and create engaging in-house video content, aligning with marketing strategies.
    • Direct video content management for seasonal promotions.
  5. Email Marketing:

    • Oversee all aspects of email marketing, including weekly EDM campaigns.
    • Drive initiatives to increase email list sign-ups and conduct split testing for optimization.
    • Target specific audience segments with relevant promotions and products.
  6. Marketplace Channel Management:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for marketplace channels.
    • Integrate software solutions for streamlined marketplace operations.
  7. Influencer & PR Marketing:

    • Lead influencer outreach and manage relationships.
    • Develop relationships with media outlets for PR opportunities.
    • Utilize influencers effectively in promotions and advertising content creation.
  8. Written Content Management:

    • Lead content strategy, overseeing creation, proofreading, and editing.
    • Ensure consistency and accuracy across the content library.
  9. Promotional Planning and Organizing:

    • Develop and manage a marketing calendar aligned with key retail events.
    • Collaborate with various channels for cohesive and effective campaigns.
  10. Analytics and Reporting:

    • Manage weekly KPIs and provide detailed monthly performance reports to the CEO.
  11. Relationship Management:

    • Maintain and build relationships with partners and brands.
  12. Website Management and Performance:

    • Collaborate with UX designers to enhance the website experience.
    • Implement promotional content and tools to improve marketing activities.
  13. Customer Segmentation and Analysis:

    • Analyze first-party customer data to inform marketing decisions.
    • Engage directly with customers to understand their buying journey.
    • Utilize analytics tools for data-driven marketing decisions.

Qualifications We Seek

  • E-commerce Proficiency: Demonstrated experience and familiarity with e-commerce platforms, online sales strategies, and e-commerce optimization techniques.

  • Digital Marketing Acumen: A deep understanding of digital marketing channels, encompassing SEO, content marketing, PPC, social media, and email marketing.

  • Exceptional Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for creating effective marketing content and facilitating seamless collaboration with team members.

  • Innovative Thinking: Display creative thinking to develop unique marketing campaigns and strategies that stand out in a competitive market.
