Our client is on the hunt for an Enterprise Architect to oversee a large-scale digital transformation program. In this role you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the architecture of Salesforce solutions to support our business objectives and drive operational excellence. You will work closely with stakeholders, business leaders, and technical teams to develop comprehensive architecture solutions that align with our strategic goals and deliver value to our customers. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned architect with a deep understanding of Salesforce and a proven track record of leading successful implementation programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of enterprise-level architecture solutions for Salesforce programs, ensuring alignment with business goals, requirements, and best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to understand business needs, define solution requirements, and develop architectural designs that meet functional and non-functional requirements.
- Define and document architecture principles, standards, guidelines, and patterns for Salesforce solutions, ensuring consistency, scalability, and maintainability across the organization.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the implementation lifecycle, overseeing solution design, development, integration, testing, and deployment activities.
- Conduct architecture reviews and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness, performance, and security of Salesforce solutions, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce architecture and implementation strategies, providing mentorship, training, and support to technical teams and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect with a focus on Salesforce implementation programs, including architecture design, development, and deployment.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, features, and components, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and AppExchange apps.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce architecture patterns and best practices, such as enterprise integration patterns, data modelling, security architecture, and performance optimization.
- Strong technical skills in Salesforce development technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce APIs, and integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Salesforce Connect).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and influence decision-making at all levels.
