Role Outline
We are working with one of New South Wales largest government departments requiring Java Developers to work on several key projects.
This is a role that will see you working with Java and involved in:
- Full stack Java development
- Development of new applications
- Additions / improvements to existing applications
- Working with Product Managers on new projects
Other than that core Java working with web, mobile or data technologies will be the main projects you would work on.
Skills and experience required:
- 5 years experience with full stack Java development
- J2EE, JBoss, SOA and Web Services
- SQL or Oracle Databases
- Experience working with data and integration would be beneficial
- Azure or AWS cloud environments
Please note this is a state government department and, if successful, will need to be Covid vaccinated amongst other background checks.
On offer to the successful applicant is a contract role of 6 months with possible extensions. This is Sydney based role with work from home flexibility.
Rates on offer are up to $1000 per day based on your skills and experience.
