Group General Manager - Strategy & Governance
Brisbane-based (Relocation Mandatory for interstate candidates) | Senior SaaS Leadership Role
We're partnering with a leading ASX-listed SaaS business seeking a senior executive to lead Strategy & Governance across their enterprise technology functions. This is a critical role with broad scope, reporting directly to the CTO, and responsible for driving innovation, risk management, compliance, enterprise architecture, and product governance.
Key Duties:
Lead a high-performing, cross-functional team including Security & Compliance, UX, Enterprise Architecture, and Governance
Drive the development and execution of strategic initiatives to enhance product security, service delivery, and customer experience
Own the alignment of product roadmaps with business objectives, overseeing product growth and Annual Recurring Revenue targets
Manage key stakeholder and vendor relationships across a complex, multi-layered environment
Champion a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Influence executive leadership (CTO, CFO, COO, CEO) and play a key role in investment and strategic decision-making
About You:
Deep technical background in software development/architecutre with proven SaaS or ERP product leadership experience
Significant senior leadership experience in a medium ASX-listed or equivalent enterprise, with strong transformational leadership and influencing skills
Expertise in enterprise architecture, governance, risk frameworks, and customer-focused innovation
Experience leading geographically dispersed teams and managing complex stakeholder environments
Strong commercial acumen and P&L accountability
Executive-level communication and negotiation skills with the maturity to influence at the highest levels
PEmotional intelligence to work effectively with directive senior leaders
