Paxus Recruitment is partnered with an Independent Media Agency based in Melbourne that specialises in Integrated strategy , Media planning & Buying . With 3 offices across Australia they are a team of 90+ team Members specialising in both Traditional & Digital Marketing.
The Leadership is looking to bring in a Head of Digital & Data , someone who has a track record of People Management in an Agency environment and have an ability to bring innovation to clients projects through Digital & Data.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Work with the Leadership team to enhance current capabilities and embed data partners into the organisation.
- Work alongside client service teams and leading digital directors to provide world class service, solutions, and next level innovation to the client base.
- Digital lead in new business pitches as required.
- Thought leadership in everything digital and data - presentations to clients on what is new in market, how to evolve in the biddable space.
- Forge relationships with key platform, technology, and digital media partners.
What we are looking for
- Extensive experience in a digital or data leadership role. Previous management, biddable management background or scaled client digital leadership experience.
- Deep level of understanding of all biddable media channels - primarily paid search, social and programmatic channels.
- Must have worked agency side or have an in depth understanding of all media channels and how a data strategy plays a role in the overall strategy.
- Passion for leading people and a passion for delivering wonderful client work and outcomes.
- An individual who can multitask, problem solve, operate day to day but a clear eye on the future and driving change based on this vision.
