Job Description:

As a High Voltage Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining high voltage systems that power a wide range of applications across various industries. You will collaborate with a talented team of engineers, researchers, and technicians to ensure the safe and efficient operation of high voltage equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and test high voltage systems and components.
  • Perform risk assessments and safety evaluations for high voltage projects.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose high voltage system issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize high voltage systems for performance and efficiency.
  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in high voltage technology and industry standards.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in high voltage engineering, with a minimum of 5 years.
  • Strong knowledge of high voltage equipment, including transformers, circuit breakers, and insulators.
  • Proficiency in simulation and design software (e.g., PSCAD, MATLAB, COMSOL).
  • Familiarity with industry standards and safety protocols.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
