Paxus Recruitment is partnered with a one of the largest Media Buying Agency in Australia. They are looking for a HR Manager who has extensive experience working with all facets of HR and is looking for a Leadership position in an Agency
The Agency has around 90+ people in the Melbourne & Sydney office specialising in Digital Marketing & Advertising

Roles & Responsibilities
- Working with the Executive Management Team to provide guidance and leadership in relation to employment matters and the development of high performing teams.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement in organisational culture with a focus on purpose and community
- Ensure human resource management systems and processes are in place and are effective and efficient.
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to build an organisational wide retention strategy and framework to support retention and attraction targets
What we are looking for
- Previous experience working in a Dynamic work environment, whilst maintaining resilience in managing workload.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in leading practice across all aspects of human resources management, including operational planning, organisational development, employee relations, safety, training.
- The ability to effectively engage, influence and build trust with Senior Leaders, Managers and staff.
- The ability to lead a team of specialists who enable and support the organisation, management and staff to pursue and achieve the organisations direction and vision.
- Business and commercial mindset to bring a contemporary, inclusive and growth-oriented approach that engages all stakeholders.
- Previous success in a senior Human Resources / People and Culture role working in an Agency OR Consulting organisation experience is a huge bonus.
