Our client is a global technology leader within the mining sector recruiting for a seasoned Human Resources Manager to pioneer, and lead the HR function by implementing best practices and setting benchmarks for success.
Role Overview & Key Requirements:
- Lead HR operations, allowing senior leaders and C-Suite members to dedicate their efforts to advancing the company's strategic goals.
- Establish and optimize HR processes, policies, and procedures across diverse locations (ANZ & North America), ensuring compliance with employment laws and ISO standards.
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company's growth objectives.
- Provide guidance and support on HR matters, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
- Establish and maintain performance management systems, including KRA frameworks and succession planning.
- Develop impactful onboarding & employee retention strategies, along with job description refinement.
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitive and equitable compensation structures.
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and wellbeing.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
