What You'll Be Doing:
🔹 Leading an ICT team responsible for IT operations, infrastructure, and service management.
🔹 Ensuring systems, applications, and networks are secure, reliable, and aligned with business needs.
🔹 Driving continuous improvement in ICT operations and service delivery.
🔹 Managing relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
What We're Looking For:
✔️ Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or extensive equivalent experience in ICT operations and leadership.
✔️ Strong leadership skills, with experience managing teams and driving technology change.
✔️ Excellent time management and the ability to deliver IT services on time and within budget.
✔️ Experience leading ICT service desks, business applications, and infrastructure teams.
✔️ ITIL certification (or willingness to obtain within 3 months).
