A highly reputable company within the energy sector is seeking a Senior Identity & Access Management (IDAM) Specialist. You'll be stepping into a complex but well-defined environment, where your expertise will directly influence outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support delivery of a major IAM uplift, focused on Microsoft Entra ID and Saviynt IGA
- Act as the bridge between technical teams, business stakeholders, and an external implementation partner
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, particularly around Entra ID and CyberArk
- Assist in the Saviynt implementation, once key dependencies are addressed
- Provide subject matter expertise across IAM domains, including Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Directory Services, and PAM
- Collaborate closely with the internal IAM architect to ensure successful technical delivery
- Engage with both internal and external stakeholders to align IAM solutions with business needs
What you'll bring:
- Extensive hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management in large-scale environments
- Strong working knowledge of Saviynt (IGA), Microsoft Entra ID, and/or CyberArk (PAM) (Expert-level proficiency in all three is not required)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to translate complex technical information into business-friendly language
- A pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset while also solving problems hands-on
- Flexibility and adaptability to shift between IGA, infrastructure, and PAM as project priorities evolve
- Location on Australia's East Coast to support collaboration across teams and vendors
