Join a global consulting company, and lead a team of Infrastructure Specialists focused on supporting critical cloud and in on-prem infrastructure.
In this role, your main focus will be oversee the availability, performance, and continuous improvement of mission-critical infrastructure across hybrid environments. You'll be the go-to expert for complex issues and the driving force behind automation, innovation, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of Infrastructure Analysts and Coordinators.
- Own escalation and resolution of high-impact infrastructure issues.
- Oversee operations across VMware, Azure, AWS, and hybrid platforms.
- Implement infrastructure change, ensure compliance, and drive improvement initiatives.
- Champion automation using Terraform, Python, PowerShell, and scripting tools.
- Manage patching, OS upgrades, SOE development, and system performance.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years in IT infrastructure support or operations.
- Hands-on expertise in VMware, Azure, AWS, Linux/Windows administration.
- Proficient in scripting (Terraform, Python, Shell, PowerShell).
- Experience with database platforms (Oracle, SQL) and monitoring tools (e.g. Splunk, Prometheus).
- ITIL v4 certification and leadership experience highly desirable.
