  • Adelaide based
  • Hybrid - 3 days onsite
  • Must have Australian Working rights

An experienced and adaptable Change Manager is needed to support the Information Technology & Digital Services (ITDS) project portfolio, with a specific focus on cyber security initiatives.

The successful candidate will be knowledgeable in change management methodology, tools, and techniques, have demonstrated experience in complex enterprise environments, previous exposure to Agile/SCRUM, a keen ear for customer requirements, and the ability to work within the organisation's Change Management Framework.

Experience needed to be considered:

* Extensive experience leading change management activities across entire project lifecycles, with demonstrated focus on cyber security projects.
* Proven experience with defining, developing and implementing change management plans and strategies in a technology & digital services environment.
* Proven experience in designing and delivering high level enagagement activities and project communications to executive senior stakeholders.
* Proven experience with designing, delivering or coordinating end user training.
* Experience with Agile/SCRUM related development methodologies and technologies.
* Demonstrated ability to understand customer scenarios and requirements, to develop and deliver effective business solutions and contribute to best practice process establishment and inform aligned policy creation.
* Demonstrated ability in problem solving, working well under pressure and meeting work deadlines.
* Previous history including projects working with Personally Identifiable Information (PII) considerations or highly sensitive data will be well regarded.


Qualifications:

* Change Management certification (e.g. Prosci)
* Extensive experience or Equivalent combination of relevant experience and education / training
