Leading Insurance Organisation requires a senior Governance Analyst/Specialist to join an expanding team, delivering effective governance and continuous improvement initiatives across internal and external providers.
Your work will include improvement in existing processes and where applicable the creation/implementation of new processes to ensure existing services and expansion of any other offerings are correctly managed.
This is a collaborative role which ensures the right mix of risk/compliance and technology, covering both internal and external service providers and teams.
As part of this role, you will be expected to fulfil the following duties:
- Execute service and supplier governance (end to end)
- Ensure any Regulation/Compliance change is quickly adapted and managed appropriately
- Maintain strong relationships, internally and externally, we're in this together
- Assess IT Risk and Audit findings, create detailed plans
- Manage external/internal relationships
- Work in a fast moving and dynamic team
To be successful for the role you must be able to demonstrate the following:
- 5+ years of experience in managing/governing vendor providers
- Need to have come from a large scale/complex environment background
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Solid understanding of IT Service Management.
- Strong Governance experience - across ISO, ITIL, CPS etc
