We are seeking an experienced Kronos Functional Consultant who can make a significant impact. This role will see you working within a team of experts. Surrounded by Architects, Business Analysts, Testers, and other SMEs; you will help to revolutionize how this business manages its workforce.

Position Overview:

We are actively seeking a talented Kronos Functional Consultant to collaborate with our clients, providing expert guidance, and implementing Kronos solutions tailored to their unique needs. This role offers an incredible opportunity to showcase your expertise, drive business success, and shape the future of workforce management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing and supporting Kronos workforce management solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of Kronos Workforce Central suite, including Time and Attendance, Scheduling, Absence Management, and Labor Analytics modules.
  • Strong understanding of workforce management principles and best practices.
  • Experience in configuring and customizing Kronos applications, including rule creation, configuration workflows, and data interfaces.
  • Proficiency in conducting system testing, identifying and resolving issues, and ensuring smooth system operation.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and design Kronos solutions that optimize workforce management.
  • Implement, configure, and customize Kronos solutions according to client specifications.
  • Provide comprehensive training and support to ensure successful adoption of Kronos solutions.
  • Offer insights and best practices to maximize Kronos functionalities.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of Kronos systems.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Kronos Functional Consultant or in a similar role, demonstrating expertise in Kronos software.
  • In-depth knowledge of workforce management processes and best practices.
  • Proficiency in system configuration, data analysis, and troubleshooting within Kronos software.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
  • Certification in Kronos or related fields is highly desirable.
