Job description

A trusted and valued financial institution is looking for a L3 Technical Support (Infrastructure) for their trading floor. Reporting into the Shared Services Service Owner you will work on a Phone Recording platform which is a new recording for compliance. Majority of the Fund Managers will be using it.


  • Providing L3 DevOps and Operation support for MS Teams Recording service.
  • Assisting the L3 and Trading Floor service support team with BAU support and Project delivery.
  • Managing team's Continuous Improvement and Service Improvement program.
  • Technical writing and documentation


  • Ensuring MS Teams Phone Recording platform and Trading Floor systems stability and deliver related project work on time with optimal cost benefit.
  • Ensuring all CIs and SIs deliveries meet their target dates.
  • Identify MSTR and TF systems' Risks and address them promptly.

Essential Experience Min of Two Years.

  • Compliance call recording system eg NICE/NTRX, ASC OR Veryn
  • Min of 8 years' experience in planning, implementation, and support of Telephony services infrastructure in a medium to large enterprise environment
  • Experience in writing user and technical documentation, operating procedures, and operation report ie ITSD, SSD.
