About the Role
- Lead and manage business optimisation engagements
- Conduct structured Lean diagnostics to identify new opportunities within the enterprise
- Strategy and solution designing
- Manage multiple program execution simultaneously across portfolios
About You
- Experience as consultant in Business Optimisation (Strategic level)
- Knowledge of business process improvement standards and methods, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent experience.
- Program management experience
- Director - level stakeholder management experience
- Prefer industry experience/knowledge in Financial Services, Telecommunications or Utilities industry
