Job Title: Media Account Manager (TV, Radio, OOH, DOOH)
Location: Melbourne
Hybrid : 3 days work from office , 2 days work from home
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Media Account Manager with a strong background in TV, Radio, Out-of-Home (OOH), and Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) media. This role is ideal for someone with 4+ years of agency experience who excels in client management, media planning, and campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic media guidance across TV, Radio, OOH, and DOOH channels.
- Campaign Planning & Execution: Develop and manage media strategies, coordinate with internal teams, and oversee the execution of campaigns.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze campaign performance, report results, and recommend optimizations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with creative, digital, and strategy teams to deliver integrated campaigns, and liaise with external media vendors.
- Client Presentations: Prepare and deliver presentations that communicate media strategies, results, and future recommendations.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay informed on media trends and emerging technologies to enhance client strategies.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 4+ years in media account management within an agency, focusing on TV, Radio, OOH, and DOOH channels.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with a talent for clear and effective client interactions.
- Client-Focused: Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Strategic Thinker: Capable of developing creative, results-driven media plans.
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills, able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Team Player: Collaborative attitude, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in campaign analysis and translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
