Full Job Description
Large Insurer requires a Messaging Engineer, who will utilise their extensive experience maintaining messaging and collaboration environments.
You will provide 2nd and 3rd level support for a range of issues that are escalated trough the Service Desk. Providing Domino support to resolve issues and provide technical input, analysis and problem solving.
- 2nd and 3rd level Messaging support
- Provide technical input re Domino messaging and application infrastructure
- Additional support across O365, Sametime, Exchange, Iron Ports and RightFax
- Conduct system audits
- System Upgrades.
- Deliver quality service to internal customers
- Review, develop and maintain SOP's
- Minimum 5 years' experience of Lotus Domino environments
- Excellent support skills, a listener and trusted help
- Strong knowledge of SMTP protocols
- Strong knowledge of Lotus Notes ideally across 8/9/10/11
- Experience in Office 365 and Exchange online
