Job description

A leading Client based in Sydney is looking for 2X PMO Analysts to join their team. Initial 6 months contract role + Potential Extension. APPLY NOW!!!

About the role:

PMO Analyst will be responsible for ensure alignment with ABC PMO processes and capability uplift work currently underway, but would work day to day with the assigned program manager.



Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage the governance cadence from an administrative perspective
  • Manage Risk / Issue
  • Manage financial transactions
  • Manage Decision register
  • Manage dependency register
  • Manage document controls and document management process
  • Support project scheduling function
  • Generally, assist in scheduling stakeholder meetings
  • Minutes taking at governance groups

To be successful for the role, one must have experience in:

    • Managing the governance cadence from an administrative perspective
      • Create pack templates
      • Follow up with leads / convenor for content
      • Create agenda
      • Complete the pack
      • Advise convenor when pack is finalised for distribution
    • Managing Risk / Issue
      • Triage
      • Follow up / provide info to Daily stand-up board of mitigation actions
      • Chase mitigation action owners for updates
      • Collate risk / issue for Program Management Control Group (PMCG)
    • Managing financial transactions
      • Raise Invoice/ PO
      • Monitor / track invoice / PO etc.
      • Participate in Finance meetings with controller
    • Managing Decision register
      • Collect decisions from meeting minutes and transfer to decision register
    • Managing dependency register
    • Managing document controls and document management process
    • Supporting project scheduling function.
