Job description

Our Client is a large retail client looking for Project coordinators with experience in Financial management and Governance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Support the Technology team daily with meeting schedules, providing agendas and minutes, development reports
  • Coordination of project administration and resourcing
  • Develop governance reports, project status reports, presentations and project documentation
  • Monitor, analyse and report on budgets and forecasts; highlighting variances and suggestion of resolutions
  • Manage and track project initiative expenses (opex and capex)
  • Contribute to Technical Solution design (fit for purpose)
  • Setup contractor purchase orders and manage invoice queries

What You bring

  • Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and listening skills
  • Basic Financial Controls (Cost Plan & PO management, raising requisitions, etc.)
  • Experience working in a support role in a PMO
  • Proven ability to produce, consult and follow through on components of project plans
  • Strong self motivation, drive and initiative
  • Experience developing instructional and procedural documentation and presentations
  • High level of competence in using project tools; Sentient/SAP are preferred

Technical Skills:

  • SAP Financials
  • MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project
  • PO system : Ariba
