Role Outline

One of Australia's largest, and most beloved, Telecommunications companies is looking to add a Project Coordinator to their team. This is a brand new role working with working on multiple projects in Waterfall and Agile frameworks, assisting management, and preparing ad-hoc reports, Procurement process.

You will be joining a team that will be working on a wide range of long term projects. As a Project Coordinator, you will be involved in

  • Assisting Program/ Project Managers and communicate directly with customers.
  • Preparing any ad-hoc reports.
  • Ensuring that BP-AU standards and processes are complied.
  • Reconciling program/project financials against finance system.
  • Escalating any known risks, issues and disputes.

  • Skills and experience required:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator.
  • Strong understanding of the SAP system to support the Project Managers.
  • Raise, Track, and monitor purchase order sign-off.
  • Assist in resource planning.
  • Assist project managers in Microsoft project schedule management.
  • Prepare any ad-hoc reports and information.
  • Assist in the preparation of communication presentation.

On offer to the successful applicant is a 6 month contract and rates on offer of up $550 per day with a leading mobile telecommunications provider.
