About the Role:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for providing relevant subject matter expertise and implementation support for the delivery of Dynamics 365 within their environment. This will involve undertaking activities in accordance with the Project Management Framework, project plan, budgets, and within agreed time-frames.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrated experience delivering a Dynamics 365 implementation in a previous role
- Proven ability to document and review current business processes with the view to implementing them in the new Core System.
- Previous experience identifying and documenting new business processes that will be required to be implemented in the Dynamics 365 system
- Advise and support the business unit on the ongoing planning and implementation of technology changes as part of the new system implementation.
- Sound working knowledge of the use of corporate ERP and/or CRM systems
