About the Client:

Our client, a world-class leader in the mining sector acclaimed for its delivery of crucial equipment and support services to mining operations globally, is in search of an ERP Change Manager to spearhead the legacy migration and seamless adoption of a new ERP system (Dynamics 365).

About the Role:

Leading a small team, the ERP Change Manager will conceptualize and assume ownership of the transformation strategy. This involves fostering the integration of new systems, procedures and adoption mindsets across the enterprise.

Collaborating closely across diverse teams, incl. internal and external stakeholders & senior leadership, you'll devise and implement the transformation strategy - ensuring a seamless transition & optimizing user acceptance of the new ERP system.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to craft a change management strategy for navigating the ERP transformation journey, foreseeing and overcoming obstacles. This includes anticipating potential roadblocks & implementing proactive solutions to ensure a seamless transition.
  • Engaging project sponsors, HODs, and end-users to garner their full support by communicating the project's objectives, benefits, and implications within their respective domains.
  • Conduct a comprehensive organizational analysis to understand the changes triggered by the ERP transformation, assessing potential shifts in procedures, roles, and team dynamics.
  • Develop and implement change readiness assessments and communication plans to pinpoint resistance points, by implementing targeted interventions.
  • Create training resources, facilitate workshops, and offer continual assistance to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Establish metrics and evaluate data to gauge the success of change initiatives, and uncover avenues for refinement.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in facilitating change within ERP implementation projects.
  • Extensive grasp of various methodologies, tools, and effective approaches to change management.
  • Strong preference for experience in delivering training sessions and leading workshops.
  • Possessing a certification in Change Management is advantageous.
  • Understanding of ERP systems and their implementation procedures is advantageous.
