Paxus are partnering with a large corporate services client who are currently undertaking a significant optimisation program within their claims management services. A key focus within this program is to optimise their operating model and business processes within for the claims management journey. As part of this focus, an opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to lead the initiative from concept to delivery has become available.
About the role:
As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the uplift journey across multiple channels within the claims management team. You will be responsible for designing and introducing an enhanced operating model targeted at process improvement for internal teams and external partners as well as developing a road map for the introduction of new technologies.
This role will require a seasoned Project Manager who has demonstrated success in leading the optimisation for business services within a corporate environment and has the aptitude to manage concurrent Technology and Business projects within a complex setting.
Previous experience delivering projects related to claims management solutions and service designs will be seen as highly regarded.
Certification in project management (Agile/ PRINCE2/ PMI), lean methodologies, change management or process improvement would be highly regarded
