Road Worker - Tamworth, Armidale & Glen Innes (Live-in Rosters)

We are seeking highly motivated and reliable Road Workers to join our construction crews in Tamworth, Armidale, and Glen Innes. In this role, you'll play a vital role in building and maintaining safe and reliable roads across regional NSW.
What you'll do:
- Perform a variety of tasks related to road construction and maintenance, such as:
- Excavating and laying asphalt, gravel, and other road surfaces
- Installing kerbs, drainage systems, and signage
- Operating small machinery (training provided)
- Maintaining traffic control measures
- Cleaning and maintaining work sites.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and others.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve project deadlines.
What you'll bring:
- A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent physical fitness and stamina
- A valid driver's license (Truck license and plant operator experience desirable)
- Experience in construction or a related field (desirable)
- Experience working in traffic control (desirable)

Please note: This role requires the ability to travel and work away from home for extended periods. Rosters will vary depending on the project location.
