Responsibilities:
- Work with the client team and onshore / offshore SI team to identify, solution, plan and execute integrated system interventions in Plant Maintenance / Materials Management area required to ensure a stable system
- Conduct workshops to review business processes and identify enhancement opportunities
- Provide support to business users where needed by resolving problem tickets, execute service requests and action change requests
- Liaise with solution adoption (change management) team to provide inputs for training materials and other change management deliverables
Essential Skills:
- SAP S/4 HANA and PM/MM/Integration implementation experience (>5 years)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead workshops
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
This role will be working in Brisbane CBD. The preference is for Brisbane based resources but other locations within Australia are ok too. Regardless of location, working hours are expected to be in line with the client working hours - 8am - 5pm Queensland Time
