As a Technology Consulting Practitioner, you will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in SAP HCM Payroll to provide guidance and support to the project team.
Responsibilities:
- You will be expected to be an SME with deep knowledge and experience, and to have influencing and advisory skills.
- You will be responsible for team decisions, engaging with multiple teams, and contributing to key decisions.
- You will also be expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- You must have expert proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll.
- Having advanced proficiency in Functional Designs will be advantageous.
- Provide expert guidance and support to the project team on SAP HCM Payroll.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure optimal performance and decision-making.
- Contribute to key decisions and engage with multiple teams.
- Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Advise on high-impact activities within the systems development lifecycle.
