Job description

Position: Senior Activations Manager
Specialization: Paid Social & Programmatic Media Buying
Work Arrangement: 4 days in-office, 1 day remote
Location: Melbourne

Role Overview:
Lead the strategic planning and execution of high-impact performance marketing campaigns for diverse clientele. Report directly to the Group Performance Director, fostering collaboration across internal teams for outstanding outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy cutting-edge digital marketing strategies to optimize performance and ROI.
  • Mentor and collaborate with junior specialists to ensure excellence across all channels.
  • Stay abreast of the ever-evolving digital marketing landscape, sharing insights within the team.
  • Drive client satisfaction by consistently meeting KPIs across all paid media platforms.
  • Actively contribute to business growth through research and compelling pitch presentations.
  • Enhance campaign effectiveness by optimizing Google Merchant Centre product feeds.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by sharing and refining digital marketing practices.
  • Uphold company culture and values through active participation in team initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in managing Paid Media accounts, spanning eCommerce and service-based industries.
  • Demonstrated proficiency across various Paid Media channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.).
  • Strong interpersonal and commercial acumen, capable of budget management and driving team performance.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a track record of managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with adept problem-solving skills, proficiency in G-Suite programs.
  • Embrace a growth mindset, continually seeking opportunities to learn and adapt.
  • Preferably possess entrepreneurial experience in agency settings.
