Application Support Specialist is a highly specialised role responsible for providing technical support to organizations by managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting their IT systems.
Responsibilities
- Strong technical leadership experience in a similar role in an IT application support or development environment.
- Strong experience and knowledge of DMS/OMS platforms.
- Extensive understanding of operational environments such as ITSM management, and experience applying ITIL principles.
- Strong experience working with System Control to support effective resolution of DMS/OMS and business systems operational issues.
- Excellent communication skills.
