About the role

Our client is seeking multiple Senior Project Managers for a various projects including Digital, Website renewal, Datawarehouse and legacy projects.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to pick up and execute in-flight complex project management plans
  • Managing business challenges, objectives and interdependent activity with minimal supervision
  • Create, manage and regularly update the project plan with input from the client and project team. Project planning includes incorporating deliverables, resource plans, milestone accountabilities, communication plans, and timelines.
  • Establish a strong working relationship with each client based on clear expectation-setting and building of mutual trust.
  • Ensure that customer business objectives and scope are well defined and understood by you, the project team and your clients.
  • Ensure that projects remain on schedule and within budget, managing change requests when appropriate.
  • Produce detailed project reporting & metrics for both internal status reports and customer progress reports. Clear and reliable tracking of effort expended for billing and accruals tracking will also need to be maintained.

Skills/ Qualifications

  • 10+ years' experience as a Project Manager
  • Extensive project management experience
  • Project Management certification
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ability to develop and lead the production of business cases and other project artefacts
  • Exceptional project planning and delivery capabilities
  • Ability to produce high quality stakeholder communications
  • Able to manage multiple deliverables and schedules simultaneously

Australian Citizenship required.
