Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable systems infrastructure to support our business operations.
- Lead the planning and execution of infrastructure projects, from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members and cross-functional teams.
- Perform system monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization to ensure high availability and performance.
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for infrastructure enhancements and improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Systems Engineer, with a focus on designing and maintaining complex infrastructure.
- Proficiency in Linux/Unix and Windows environments, including system administration and scripting.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and security best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
