Overview:

As a Sr. Change Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and implementing organizational changes effectively within a large multi-year program. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to develop and execute change management strategies that drive successful outcomes which will have an impact across a number of business functions.

This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills to navigate complex projects and facilitate seamless transitions.

Key Responsibilities:

Change Management Strategy: Develop comprehensive change management strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure smooth transitions.

Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization to understand their needs, concerns, and perspectives regarding proposed changes. Build strong relationships and effectively communicate the benefits of change initiatives.

Change Planning and Implementation: Lead the planning and implementation of change initiatives, including developing timelines, milestones, and communication plans. Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and timelines.

Communication and Training: Develop and deliver clear, concise communication plans to keep stakeholders informed throughout the change process. Coordinate training programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed to adapt to new processes or technologies:

  • Understanding of the overall change impacting business
  • Clear documentation including guides and training material to support business
  • Workshops and training sessions to engage and empower business to adopt and thrive as initiatives are delivered
  • Enablement of Change Champions to grow the ongoing change capability in the business

Organizational Readiness Assessment: Conduct assessments to evaluate the organization's readiness for change and identify potential barriers. Develop strategies to address resistance and promote acceptance of change among employees.

Performance Measurement: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of change initiatives. Monitor progress, evaluate outcomes, and provide regular updates to senior leadership.

Continuous Improvement: Identify lessons learned from change initiatives and implement improvements to change management processes and methodologies. Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in change management.

Required:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Organisational Change Management or substantial equivalent experience of specialist professional development such as Prosci accreditation
  • Previous experience working within large complex project environments and implementing large change initiatives.
  • 5+ years change management implementation and delivery based on ADKAR principles
  • 5+ years learning and development delivery for operational and distribution staff
  • 5+ years demonstrable client engagement
  • Qualifications in Change Management (ACMP) required.
  • Strong understanding of Change Management methodologies and principles
