Job description
As a Solution Architect specialising in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive business solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions that enhance efficiency and drive innovation.
What You'll Do:
- Architect high-level solutions that align with business goals and IT strategies using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
- Guide development teams, enforce best practices, and conduct code reviews.
- Work closely with business leaders to gather requirements and present solution designs.
- Ensure seamless implementation and integration of solutions, managing data migration and system integration's.
- Define quality assurance processes, execute test plans, and collaborate with QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends, recommend improvements, and mentor team members.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and provide regular project updates to stakeholders.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect with a focus on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing) and Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Proficiency in Azure services and integration's.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform.
- Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Knowledge of data modelling and database design.
- Familiarity with other Microsoft technologies such as SharePoint, Azure DevOps, and Office 365.
