12 months contract | WFM | Location CBD

$800 - $850 p/d plus Super

About the role and organisation

Our major client is searching for a Governance Support Office.The role is focused on governance.

The role sits in the investments transition and management team and Enterprise Services and the team is called the TSA Service Centre. The teams support the authorisation and transition services to domestic entities.

Abou the Team

The role reports to Governance Lead and the team is made up of 10. This includes three streams (governance, procurement & UAC - user access control). The team's almost broken into governance and commercial side. Relevant stakeholders sit within the divestment transition management area, finance team (for the statements of work) and the PMO to ensure they've got the details correct.

Your responsibilities will include (not limited to):

  • Reporting and the administration of statements of work focused on governance
  • Attending various forum
  • There is also various formal changes that come through the project as well and involves administering those and working with key stakeholders to make sure the scope is correct.
  • Support governance lead and BA's
  • Sitting in on the forums and taking minutes at those forums
  • Capability of producing Packs (i.e. PowerPoint packs, Excel reports to go into packs, etc)

To be considered for this role you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Take minutes and attend governance forums
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable picking up the phone and reach out to stakeholders
  • Have the confidence to almost facilitate those forms - occasionally required.
  • Financial Services or Insurance background is advantageous
